Craig J. Staudenmaier, Esq.

Mr. Staudenmaier regularly represents the print and broadcast media, businesses and private individuals in public records and open meetings matters. He has appeared before numerous trial courts and administrative agencies on such issues and has successfully argued before the Superior, Commonwealth and Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania, including the widely publicized Penn State University/Paterno and PHEAA access cases. As an experienced trial lawyer, he has tried numerous cases to verdict in favor of his clients in both the state and federal courts. In addition to his admission to the Pennsylvania Bar, he is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He is Vice Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Bar Press Committee, as well as a member of the PBA's Business and Civil Litigation Sections. Mr. Staudenmaier is a member of the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel, the Defense Research Institute and an affiliate member of the Pennsylvania Newspaper Association. In 2007, he was the recipient of the Benjamin Franklin Award for Excellence from the Pennsylvania Newspaper Association for his work in preserving open records law in the Commonwealth.

J. Stephen Feinour, Esq.

Mr. Feinour regularly represents individuals, corporations and related business entities in asset sales and acquisitions, real estate transactions, eminent domain, and land use planning/zoning matters. He has an extensive municipal practice and currently serves as the Solicitor for Camp Hill Borough and Paxtang Borough. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, a former Director of the Dauphin County Bar Association and is currently a member of its Court Relations Committee. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He serves as an investigative panel member for the Pennsylvania Bar Association Judicial Evaluation Commission and is also a member of the Judicial Administration Committee.

Guy P. Beneventano, Esq.

Mr. Beneventano serves as the Assistant County Solicitor for Dauphin County and has represented numerous municipalities on matters such as competitive bidding, zoning and local taxation. An experienced appellate lawyer, Mr. Beneventano has successfully argued cases before every appeals court in the Commonwealth, including the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He was chairman of Mayor Stephen Reed's Urban Initiative, a nonprofit corporation organized to support and supplement the programs of the Harrisburg School District. He has also widely lectured on various topical matters to groups such as the Pennsylvania Medical Society and the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the ABA's Health Law Section. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania.
